Rita Smith joined Circle Design Group, Inc. as a partner in 1982 and serves as a corporate President.

Rita is responsible for overall office management including:

          Human resource management including recruitment, orientations, payroll services, insurance benefits

          and retirement benefits.

          Financial management including banking, payables, cash-flow planning, preparation of financial statements, 

          maintenance of general and professional liability insurance coverages and taxes.

          Project financial management including establishment and upkeep of corporate credentials for marketing

          potential new projects.

Affiliations:   Member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services - Indianapolis Chapter.
