Principal / Senior Project Manager
Bill Stella is a founding principal of Circle Design Group, Inc., serves as a corporate Senior Project Manager and co-leads the marketing strategies for the company. He also serves as a co-director of the electrical engineering group overseeing the project design and construction implementation for electrical systems including power distribution and lighting.
Past completed work under his direction includes the Indianapolis Art Center, United Airlines' Commons Building, a campus-wide central generating plant for Roche Diagnostics ( formerly known as Boehringer-Mannheim ), Independence Center Mall-Kansas City, Muncie Mall, College Mall-Bloomington, Palomino Restaurant, Butler University's Clowes Hall renovation, Woodstock Country Club, Broadmoor Country Club, The Columbia Club Renovation, Roche Diagnostics' laboratory remodels in Building C and L and the renovation and expansion of Hamilton County Courthouse.
Current projects include a new medical office building known as Spring Mill Medical Building, Roche Diagnostics' Single Strip Expansion, Sagamore Club Golf Clubhouse, Butler University's New Center for Arts and Culture, a new clubhouse facility for Crooked Stick Golf Course and various remodeling work in IUPUI's Library.
